Generate Prosperity
Preparing teens for life beyond the classroom.
Program Overview
Young people today face challenges that no classroom fully prepares them for. The pressure is real, the stakes are high, and the gap between adolescence and independent adulthood has never felt wider.
This program bridges that gap. Tailored for ages 13–26, it equips teenagers and young adults with genuine life skills and leadership qualities — not theory, not filler, but the things that actually matter when the safety net of school and family is no longer there.
"Designed to be engaging, entertaining and exciting for young adults — while giving them the skills they need to compete in a tough world."
The result is young people who are resilient, responsible, and ready — for further education, for work, and for life on their own terms.
Each participant begins with a thorough evaluation of their current skills and aspirations — forming the basis of a customised 10-week mentorship program.
A sophisticated metrics framework tracks growth in emotional intelligence, goal attainment, and adaptability — so improvement is measurable, not assumed.
Beyond immediate results, participants build habits and mindsets that support long-term success — balancing well-being with ambition.
The Program
Holistic development across the areas that determine how well a young person navigates life.
Empowering youth to take ownership of their actions and decisions. Building accountability and proactive problem-solving from the ground up.
Introducing budgeting, saving, and the fundamentals of financial decision-making — building the groundwork for genuine financial independence.
Cultivating emotional strength and adaptability. The tools to navigate teenage life — and everything that comes after — without falling apart.
Guiding participants to set meaningful goals and develop actionable plans — aligning daily habits with long-term aspirations.
Building a growth mindset and love of learning. Perseverance and adaptability aren't personality traits — they're skills that can be taught.
Connecting young people with mentors and peers to build real, supportive networks. Social skills and community engagement that last a lifetime.

Every young person learns differently. Every school, university, and family has different needs. That's why this program is available across four distinct delivery formats — so there's no barrier to access.
Whether your teenager needs a structured school program, an online module they can work through at their own pace, or something the whole family can participate in together, we have a format that works.
"The best investment you can make in a young person is giving them the skills to invest in themselves."
Hands-on, high-energy sessions delivered in person. Built to engage, not just inform.
Structured programs designed to complement existing curricula and delivered on-site.
Fully self-paced digital learning. Accessible from anywhere, at any time.
Collaborative sessions that bring families together — building shared understanding and stronger support at home.
Your Expert Trainer
Malcolm Spencer didn't have it easy growing up. School was a battle. Self-worth was something he had to fight for. That lived experience is precisely what makes him effective with young people — he's not speaking at them from a position of easy privilege. He's speaking to them from the same place they're standing.
His career has spanned education, telecommunications, construction, mining, defence, government departments, and international training across Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region. He's built businesses, faced financial hardship, suffered personal tragedy, and rebuilt — every time.
Today, Malcolm's dedication to empowering young people is evident in every aspect of the program. His commitment to mentorship isn't a selling point — it's what drives him. He believes resilience and determination aren't things you're born with. They're things you learn — and he's here to teach them.
